 Maria Elena Bello is an American actress from the United States. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were a few of her films. Bello has appeared on television in roles including Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997) and Payback (1999) as well as CoyoteUgly (2000) as well as The Cooler (2003) and A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) and Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born April 18, 1967 in Norristown Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Kathy Bello, a nurse at school and teacher as well as Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She grew up in a working-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. 7] At Villanova University, she majored in political science. Bello trained in acting in New York and continued to develop her talents after graduating. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. [18] She wrote in November 2013 about her same-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. The book she published was titled Whatever...Love Is Loving: Examining the labels we give to Others (Dey Street Books - April 28 in 2015).
